Fashion Designer and Graduate Huan Yang Williams Presents Collection at GFW 2012

Huan Yang Williams from the University of East London (UEL) presented a collection with a military influence at Graduate Fashion Week (GFW) 2012.

UEL graduate Huan Yang Williams’s collection was influenced by the Cultural Revolution and was inspired further by the traditions and ideals of China’s past and the contrastingly rigid conformity of communist rule.

The militia style tailoring, floral prints and patchwork is a brave combination and reflects the confidence of the young designer who is bound to set own rules within the realm of fashion. The collection is entitled 'Fear No Sacrifice'.
