An incredible mix of fabrics and textures is brought together perfectly with a stylish and feminine flourish by the wonderful Jale Hurdogan for Janucha. This woman is clearly a master of her craft as she makes the transition between chunky knits and flowing silks seem stunningly effortless.
As well as a the wide range of fabrics used, the collection features a fantastic selection of different shapes and styles, all tied together by a neutral colour scheme of black, greys and browns. The tops are fitted beautifully, flattering the lovely models' bodies whilst the skirts have gorgeous movement as they're loose fitting and made of lovely floaty fabrics. A feminine swirl is thrown into the mix with the pretty lace used throughout which is paired with the sharp tailoring and cinched in waists creating a stunning result which represents the modern woman brilliantly.

If all that wasn't amazing enough, the inspiration of the collection is really interesting. To me, this collection looks as though it takes the theme of dark fairy tales and twists in classic tailoring from present day and classic shapes from the Middle Ages - think Maid Marian meets Snow White and The Huntsman meets Saville Row and you're not far off this incredible collection. The skirts bring me back to being a little kid, wanting to be a fairy tale princess (let's face it, who doesn't still want to be a fairy tale princess, even just a little bit) and the gorgeous chunky knits give it a rough-and-tumble edge that still has a really cute vibe flowing through making it perfectly balanced.

Unlike many fashion collections, this line-up is actually wearable. Jale Hurdogan somehow manages to strike a flawless blend of practicality and wow-factor so you could acceptably rock up to work in one of her pieces yet still absolutely stun everyone that watches you strut past.

I also love how the makeup isn't really over the top: the simple unblemished makeup looks almost doll like and fits perfectly with the clothes without detracting any attention from the main event. Similarly the hair is tied up so that it doesn't fall over the clothes which creates a clean, well thought out edge.
The use of the lace forehead decoration throughout the collection is fascinating: it adds a feminine feel to every piece and creates a unified vibe which ties the whole line-up together further. Such little attentions to detail make this a really wonderful collection and presentation.

It's an incredible collection with some serious thought gone into combining all the elements together to create a stunning, flowing line-up. Hands down one of the best Autumn Winter 2013 collections I've seen.
